Our Story

Twenty years of pulling phin,pouring condensed milk, andlearning everyone's order.

Cafe bà Chín opened as a single iron table on the sidewalk. Today we still hand-pour the phin, still keep the door open from sunrise, and still know your usual after the second visit. Every morning starts with an iced milk coffee and something soft playing in the background — that's the routine locals keep coming back for.
